Anne Youngson (born 1947 or 1948) is an English novelist who transitioned to writing after a distinguished career in the motor industry, spanning roles including Chief Engineer, Defender replacement, and MD of the Special Vehicle Operations for Land Rover. Her writing is characterized by intricate plots, strong female characters, and a keen eye for detail, often set against the backdrop of the English countryside. Youngson began publishing her novels later in life, debuting with "Meet Me at the Museum" at the age of 70, a move that surprised the publishing world and ultimately garnered critical acclaim.
